Bicycle Maintenance.  After several months of using a bicycle, a component or a part of the bicycle may have worked loose and/or may have caused damage to the bicycle. Please stop riding your bicycle immediately if you even suspect something might be wrong. NOTE: New Parts Always Work Loose Please note that all our bicycles leave our workshop having been built by experienced mechanics. Certain parts of the bicycle such as the bottom bracket are assembled and correctly tightened by us before they leave our premises. We check bicycles before they leave and make other adjustments. However nuts, bolts and similar mechanical parts will work loose over a period of time. This means you must check them and tighten them as you use the bicycle. This is especially true for NEW products and parts that normally go through a 'bedding in' period. If you suspect a product is faulty – please don't hesitate to contact RODFORDBUILT. Product Faults If a fault develops you must stop using the product immediately and contact RODFORDBUILT IN WRITING. They will determine at their sole discretion if it's a warranty issue. This warranty only covers faults that develop during normal usage of the bicycle. Minor faults covered by our warranty can be verified and repaired by RODFORDBUILT or a bicycle shop near you as instructed by RODFORDBUILT at its sole discretion. IMPORTANT: Always contact RODFORDBUILT  before consulting your local bicycle shop. RODFORDBuilt  will initially determine the warranty type and the suitable solution.
